On 5/24/09 Cynthia Casanova was solicited, while vacationing at the Wyndham, Las Vegas, to purchase additional timeshare points. She stated to the sales rep., Ryan Gonsalves (TSA#33009), that her intention was to travel to Italy in 2011, therefore how many points woul she need. He told her by purchasing 168, 000 points plus 216, 000 Bonus points, as aVIP Gold member she would be entitled to 2 weeks stay at a resort in Italy for four plus 4 round trip airline tickets anytime.
