This company is a scam, It's my belief the people that run this operation do it from their house. Wasted an entire week trying to order a sound proof rack QCR0901. They first state they can't give proper shipping prices on their website so they will contact you with a price. They contacted me first saying it will cost $180 and I agreed. Next was them coming back saying it will be an extra $30 for residential, and then emailed me a gain saying it will be additional @30 if i don't have a loading dock.
