I created my account and canceled my account within the 10 days cancellation period, yet I was still charged the £19.99 monthly fee. After many emails, this company are refusing to provide a refund, stating they received the cancellation after the 10 day period, which is absolute rubbish; it was actioned via their online cancellation form, 3 days after opening the account; they chose to ignore it until after the 10 day period. Don't use this company unless you're willing to lose money. Go with a more reputable company that cancel your accounts when requested and not 10 days later! read full review »
