Besides the very bad customer service skills from some of your employees. Your night time manger is very rude and disrespectful to customers and also to the staff that she works with i really don't consider her a team player. I really feel you should screen your mangers more carefully before promoting them to a leaders position. She is abusing her authority and is unprofessional eating while dealing with customers in driver thru and front counter.
