Struggle to Oder and have incompetent Customer Service Agents that CAN'T LISTEN and have LITTLE TO NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE of the services they represent. 1) Called 4 individual times to get information, some can only read the script provided to them. 2) Once my order was placed and completed the CSR DID NOT EMAIL my starter package. 3) Had to call prior to the install to complete all my rebates. 4) Made a call to add additional programming, was told they could not take my order until the installation was completed, have to call them back to... read full review »
