I have never been one to complain, and actually this is my first complaint I've ever made. They are NOT free! Don't sign up thinking they will give you the "free 7-day trial". Its a scam! I wish I had checked this website before I went on. I went on 2 days ago, clicked on the free 7-day trial and yesterday I noticed they charged me $24.95. I called to cancel my account and ask them about the charge. The lady on the phone just kept going on and on about trying to sign me up for more!
