After more than 20 years american express closed my accounts. I have never been late and paid most before the due date. After they closed my account I asked for my membership fee to be refunded. They have refused. I maintain that I purchased a year's membership, paid for in advance and they cancelled the membership. Therefore I am entitled to a complete refund for the year. I would love to hear from others, perhaps this is the basis for a class action suit? read full review »
