When I signed up at Golds Gym, I was offered a long list of bonuses including towel service, tanning minutes, a lock, gear, etc. and a 2 month cancellation policy. This person who sold me the membership left the company a few months after I signed up, and after he left, I was having a hard time receiving towel service, never received any buddy passes or gear, etc. I spoke to management about this after they were questioning my deal, and management agreed to honour everything I was promised.
