I just got back from the edison plaza fifth third bank branch in Grand Rapids Mi. We needed to have a warrenty deed noterized. The teller was polite and asked one of the managers, as he was right there in front of us if he could help us. His response to her was he was able to noterize documents however he did not have his "stuff" at that office. This arrogant ass never once looked at us, asked us what we needed, nor offered any assistance whatsoever.
