Thursday May 12th, 2011 at 12:01pm spoke to Johana from Bell Canada customer service. About my Bell internet bill of $303.54. She told me I was being charged a cancellation fee of $100.00 and could not explain the rest of it. She then put me on hold for 5 min came back on the phone and told me her supervisor would wave the $100 fee for cancellation. She told me I had a contract with Bell and she would wave the cancellation fee but could not explain the balance of the bill.
