Nicole Sapp of Chase Bank set a closing date of 4-3-11 for a home refinancing loan. My son took off work to drive me to Plano, Tx, which is an hour drive from my home in Sherman, Tx. Supposed closing was supposed to be at 10:00 am at Superior Abstract in Plano. 5 min. before we arrived, I received a call from Damien of Chase Bank in Mckinney stating that closing would NOT occur that day, but the next day.
