In trying to set up an account with Direct TV the representative for that company neglected to infor me of the package deals and details of these deals that went with each product. When inquiring about these deals I was told that the representative was a sub contractor and did not take the order properly. I was directed to another deaprtment to clear it up. When trying to find out why these package deals were so hard to find in the website I commented that I have already paid the start up fees.
