I ordered a book and selected Express Delivery. Usually this means same day delivery in NYC. I am not upset that it took more than a day to arrive, but rather the blatant lie that they had attempted delivery to my building and could not deliver because "Business is Closed" The doorman said that the Barnes and Nobles delivery had come this evening, but my order was not among the packages. This was just a shameless cover-up of the fact that they did not get the order out in time. No problems with delays, but weak excuses are pathetic. read full review »
