Did anyone ever applied for a job at google and was called for an interview? I bet the answer is no... perhaps it because they only hire people who know other people within the company. I have applied there about 100 time, my friend who has no experiance but has a friend who handed a resume to the HR people for her was hired within 2 weeks. She had no advertising experiance no collage, . I'm happy for her. But if that's is what it takes to get a job their they will sink faster than Titanic.
