Portraitmasters had a booth set up in Chesterfield Towne Center Mall, Chesterfield County, VA on 3/26/11. The representative, Renee Hinton (757-419-4870), offered a Grand Opening Special package to take photos for $20.00 at a studio across the street. I gave her $20.00 cash, and she provided me with a card with the amount paid. Renee indicated she would call me to set up an appointment and that I had until the middle of May to take the photos.
