Purchased a fridge a week ago due to be delivered 5/12. On 5/11 I get a call from the warehouse/delivery men saying the fridge isn't here, "Did I pick it up?". It was to arrive at my home and be installed! After talking to 5 other people that day both at sears.com and warehouse I was only put on hold and got no answer. The actual local stores told me they couldn't help or access online orders at all. 5/12- In the a.m I get a call from the 1-800 # that the manufacterer has the fridge back ordered until 5/26, 2 weeks late... read full review »
