I found a car on craigslist and when I called it was a man claiming to be the owner. He said he bought it for his personal car and that he didn't sell many cars. His name is Victor Komora. I met him at Abba's and he told me the car had no frame damage and it only needed a few parts. We agreed on a price which it was to include all parts that had been ordered and then when I went to get the car and the parts they gave me 3 of 8 parts that he said he had.
