On April 26 at 7:10pm, I received a call from a very rude Stonebridge tele-marketer. I told her that I was on the "State-wide Do-Not-Call" list and she immediately laughed and stated that because I was a JC Penney cardholder then I couldn't be on the "Do-Not-Call" list and she continued with her script.
