I went to the NTB location at the Beltway and Hillcroft in Houston Texas on 4/25/11. My car was making a really bad rubbing noise. The technician put my car on the rack, drove it around, then diagnosed the problem. All four brake pads and rotors were the issue, according to their technician. I agreed to have this fixed for around $600 dollars. Later that evening, the store called and said that something else was the problem - a bracket.
