Poor service 10 service visits since October. Finally admitted that TWC is kicking customers off Roadrunner for allege over usage. Having spent over 40 hours waiting for service and being given excuses such as my TV is acting like an antennae interfering with Roadrunner, your modem is to close to your computer over heating, corrosion etc. what I did was send a letter to Time Warner and received no reply so sent the same letter to the FCC.
