I ordered pro activ and was offered vita power as a free gift. They charged my card 1 month later. I caught the charge in the pending status and called the company to find out what it was. They informed me that the free product was put on a regular order. I told them I didnt want product and they said I couldnt stop order it had been shipped. So I asked for a tracking number for the shipment. They couldnt give me one because product had not even been pulled from the shelf.
