I placed an order on 2/17/11 and received everything except one B stress complex, which was backordered. One month later (mid- March) I emailed to request a refund on the backordered and never received item and was told that I would receive a refund of 10.27 which is owed to me still on May 13, 2011. It does not take 3 months to issue a refund. Have gone to the site and connot get the "contact wizard" to open up so I can email them again. Sent regular email and it has never been acknowledged.
