Dear Sir, We are resident of Shah Latif Town (Bin Qasim Town) Karachi which is located near FAST University. Even after 30 years of town development, this area is deprived of any electricity, roads, Gas and telephone lines. Neither federal government nor city government owns this area properly. All previous governments have promised electricity, roads and other basic requirements in this area, but nothing is provided yet. I am a student and find it very difficult to study in torch light.
