I visited the magicjack.com website after seeing an advertisement for it online. I purchased the product and when it arrived it did not work as described. I have tried contacting anyone from the company. At the website there is no 800 number online online assistance in the form of a internet operator who gives live help with names like Janice or Robert. In reality the person you are speaking to is located in an office in India or Europe, but not in the States. They need to teach the it guys or girls there better English.
