I orderred some flowers at the last minute from this company and orderred red gerbera daiseys in a waterring can container. They had a disclaimer about substituting like for like if needed for mother's day. Whet they delivered was a cheap arrangement of yellow daiseys in a vase-cut flowers. I spent an hour on the phone with them-being hung up on twice-trying to get the correct flowers delivered. They actually thought it was ok to deliver substandard flowers and hide behind the substitution disclaimer. They were condescending and difficult... read full review »
