They always find a way to find why they should not pay for a claim. I have many examples, last is from yesterday. My toilet leaked, so I needed to replace wax. They dispatched plumber who did it in 10 minutes and charged me the usual $50 co-pay. Later he calls telling me that 2-10 unwilling to pay since it requires "supreme" contract. He charged me additional $148 for this job.
