I thought this was a totally legitimate company at first. I paid my $2.97 membership fee to apply for a grant for my freelance Graphic Art operation and in a wink of my eye, $57.61 was extracted from my bank account! I immediately contacted them, closing my account/membership and was sent an e-mail saying that within 5 - 7 days $40.00 would be refunded back into my account. Like HELL it was.
