I did the 7 day free trial. On the 6th day I cancelled. They still charged me for 1 yr. I have called my credit card company to get it taken off and to block them. I should have looked at your complaint board first. This is about looking for your heritage and they take advantage. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
