The hotel was dirty and over booked. That was not the major complaint. Four days after I left the hotel there was a $250.00 charge. The hotel said I smoked in a non-smoking room. When I explained that I was there to run in the local marathon and I'm not a smoker, the manager (over paid cashier) refused to refund the fee. I am guessing primarily because she is not smart enough to know how to reverse charges. She obviously wasn't very smart because she had no idea who her area manager is or where that person worked.
