I filled my car for $30. It stopped filling at $22. So CITGO had to return me $8. Well it was no use they insisted I had used all the money that it all had costed $30. I told them my car was full at $22 and that this is what the pump actually marked. It was no use. They did not give me my $8 dollars. I will NOT use a CITGO gas station ever again. read full review »
