I am a recent Netspend customer and I'm very unhappy with the service I've received. I am a filmmaker who recently received an inheritance from a relative in Los Angeles. I've been bi-coastal (Los Angeles/New York) for awhile and have had a savings account at a credit union in NYC until last year.
