I contacted them regarding my order not being processed or shipped on 01/20/09 and received a response on 01/21/09 stating the phone was on back order but would ship out "no later than the end of the next week." I waited, still no phone. Emailed again on 01/31/09 when order not processed, again response was it wil ship out no later than the end of next week. I waited, no phone.
