I visited my local CO-OP food store last night (13/05/11) to buy some Coca-Cola that was on offer, buy 2 get 2 free. I paid with a £20 note, I only recieved change from a £10 note. It wasn't until I reached the doors of the store that I realised the mistake, the lady that had served me was nowhere to be seen so I raised the issue with another member of staff.
