Ordered and paid for a replacement battery for computer on 11.02.2011.Received emails to say shipment delayed. I cancelled the order with Batterytrader several times due to ongoing delay and item no longer required but this was never acknowledged and they carried on regardless informing of delay and finally saying item despatched. Nothing received as of 19.03.2011 and i am not holding my breath given the pattern of other complaints/claims. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! read full review »
