Like many others I have seen on review sites on the internet regarding this company, I ordered a hamper in NOVEMBER for delivery to Canada on December 22nd. It did not arrive until January 10th. It was, apparently, collected from their warehouse on December 17th but didn't even leave the country until the 21st, so there was no way it was ever going to make the GUARANTEED date of Dec 22nd.
