I ordered medications on May 3, 2011 online and had 3 pending prescriptions. On May 4 my doctor indicates that they responded to Medco's request. On May 13 Medco cancels the order and removes the reorder availability from my online account. I call customer service what a joke, person is like reading from a script and offers no assistance. Blames me and my doctor for their failure to provide the service they are contracted to provide. So far all I get from them is excuse after excuse.
