Don't go to the Buffalo Grove location. They don't care about their members, only about making money. I was paying 19 a month for 2 years, decided I wanted to leave, and they offered to lower it to $11 a month to keep me. I decided to still leave. About a week later I got a job near BG and called them back to see if I could still get that great deal. Nope, nothing, no reasoning, they just wanted me to repay the useless joke joining fee and start paying the regular amount again.
