I've had this card for 11 years. Always paid on time. One day I'm trying to buy some medicine for my kid at the drug store and the card doesn't work. I call them. They say I have 31 dollars that's five days past due. I say, fine, but this is a CREDIT CARD. Let me buy the medicine and then I'll send what's due plus interest. They say no. Supervisor not available. I say fine. I go home, get another credit card. Buy the medicine, and cancel my sears card for good. What total morons. They lost my business for the rest of my life because of 31 dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD! read full review »
