My refrigerator has been broken since April 9th. Lowe's warranty uses A & E Repair Services for their warranty work. A & E is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! The only way to get in touch with anyone is through a 1-800 number and all you talk to is order takers that have no superiors. Today was supposed to be my 6th visit from them from 1 to 4 and they called at 4:00 on the dot to say they weren't coming today that I need to call and reschedule...AGAIN!!!
