Sent me the wrong part (not even close to what I ordered), then was vague about a refund in their email and would not pay return shipping for their error. A REPUTABLE merchant would guarantee a full refund, and would probably not force you pay shipping for their mistake. This is either blatant fraud or just idiotic business practice. I suspect both. Only 'after-the-fact' did I find this site and these eerily similar complaints. The only way to protect yourself from Parts Geek is to abstain from purchasing from them.
