The second mortgage on our home has been sold three times to different banks. Never before have we had to fill out a new automatic deduction form. I received a letter saying GreenTree was now servicing our loan 15 days before the payment was due. 5 days after the payment was due we started receiving phone calls from debt collectors saying the payment was never received.
