Consumer Beware! When one receives a box with no package/ship label, RETURN IT unopened, immediately. Requirements for plant replacement at TyTy: return your item(s) in the original box with shipping form. The form had been ripped off my shipment before arrival; which makes it impossible to return the contents, I now know. & who keeps a shabby, wrinkly cardboard box around for months? Hence, I will not receive a replacement even if I wanted to pay the shipping for the return and the new arrival.
