My wife signed a contract for a $180/month personal training deal which gave her 6 visits per month. She has lupus, mixed-connective tissue disease, rheumatoid arthritis and raynauds, so the goal was to help build strenght and improve circulation. After the first month of visits, she became too ill to continue using the gym and the personal training service.
