I completed my review applicatin on April 15, 2011 and faxed all information needed by due date of May 4, 2011. I contacted the DCF call center to verify that they were received and was told they were and that I have to wait 30 days for it to be processed. On May 15, 2011 I looked at my access account and it says my benefits has been denied because I didn't turn in proof of earned income, that's the problem I did fax a proof of employment form on May 2, 2011 and was assured that it was received.
