This company, in addition to providing incompetent and malfunctioning service which cause me to incur county and local police fees for false alarm reports, has now tried to ACH debit my bank account and has sent me (simultaneously) a bill for $207.88 and a letter with a "personalized deal" to try to get my business back! The nerve of these people is unbelievable!!! The latest "Customer Relations Manager" I am now being told to deal with after my letter of cancellation with submitted, filed, and verified with a previous Customer Service Supervisor with SHS is Ganesh Persaud. read full review »
