URGENT/Most immidiate Reference complaint no.: CDAMN20514654482 and CMOPRO30511381802 I switched from Vodafone to Airtel, on 5th May 2011 and received a confirmatory message about the activation of the services on the 10th May 2011. For last 7 days, I am unable to receive or send any call, despite repeated complaints to customer care. Every time the supervisor (Mr Amitabh and Mr Harpreet) informed that the matter will be resolved but there is no result.
