I have a lift chair that I purchased for my mother. The remote broke and would not work. I purchasesd extended warenty on the chair parts. I called the end of February for them to come and fix the chair. It is now the second week in May and amny calls later, the chair is still not fixed. I will never purchase anything from Bob's. I am calling ina complaint to the consumer protection agency. read full review »
