If you make an online subscription by credit card and forgot to note down all the details and particularly the procedure for unsubscribing, you might end up in trouble. It happens with even with bigger companies like Microsoft. I do not understand why these companies automatically renew subscriptions without obtaining the concurrence of the subscribers or intimating them.
