I was charged $9.95 a month for a membership subscription WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. When I called the company they said they could not open my account, that the Internet connection was poor, and they would call me back in 10 minutes. They would not let me speak to a manager. After a half hour of waiting, I was told only half of my money would be returned to me, and the other half would need authorization from the company to be given back to me. read full review »
