I went to the MCDONOUGH, Ga. location on 4/14/11 and the staff was very unprofessional. I wanted to change my eyes glass order. The staff became upset and now everybody customer in their knew why I was their. One customer joined in on the discussion. I asked do you have a Hippa policy in placed and they stated yes but it was obvious it was not being followed. Staff shouted my refund amount across the room for another worker on another computer to do the credit.
